What haircut is required for the RAF ?

I believe that the regs state, that hair must be off the collar at the back, and clear of the ears.

side burns need to be no further then halfway down the ear

I see that its a No.2 cut for all the lads and girls have to have shoulder length or so and tied up neatly i presume.

If you're going to Halton, they'll cut it for you when you get there. Girls have theirs' either long and tied up in a bun, or short like a bloke.

Indeed, did I mention I passed my level 1 Arabic exam?

(sorry to hijack this thread!)

2 out of 6 in my class passed it, and 3 out of 8 in the other class. So I'm quite chuffed with meself!
Level 2 in July.
Sposed to be doing a presentation on Iraq tomorrow morning (in Arabic of course) so better go get some info.
Tonight probly wasn't the best night to have organised a cheese and wine do in the mess bar was it....

Come and take a course at my nick then mate, we have 16 of the little buggers and we dont have a clue what they are saying..........................apart from the little MI5 bloke who pretends to be our tea boy!!
