VIDEO's - 3 Para in Afghanistan
Here's some video's from youtube:
The first one seems to just be other clips/pictures merged into one video but I've not seen either of the others before.

Im in this one...get in!
Behind the camera to the left, first one to open fire. I shout "FIRE, RAPID FIRE", and then i shout "MAGAZINE" when changing mag.
That was my first ever contact. Lasted about 30 minutes and we had a fair few rounds landing close. At the end you can just about hear a Dutch F-16 doing a 30MM cannon strafe. We needed him to bomb the woodline we were engaging, but he wasnt happy with doing that so fired the 30mm instead.
Your right about the Sangin rooftop vid, some good footage on that. All of a-company in the early days of sangin, no hesco blocks, just a few sandbags.
Ahhh, happy days.

Surprise surprise. The Sangin video isnt PC enough for the press. Fair play to the MOD though.
P.S that video is AWESOME.

Theres some brilliant video footage out there. Some of our lads have got some good stuff, and some off the Troops have made movies. I will try and get hold of some but everyones on leave now. I've got afew I will try and post some. I got the 7 RHA movie as well which is pretty good. One lad as got footage of a Spectre Gun ship smashing the hell out of the Taliban at Now Zad.
It was good the way us, 7RHA, The Gurkas, 51 Sqn Royal Irish, 3 Para use to swap footage like Pannini football stickers.
