Relax - There's no need to worry !!!
Don't get me wrong the weekend will be tough, but enjoyable.
Providing your of reasonable fitness and you work hard, you should be ok.
The format is liable to change slightly depending on the PTI's in charge, but last year if I remember correctly went something like this -
Friday :
Transport from Man Det to Liv Det Friday evening.
You will then be briefed on the weekends events, the RMR in general and what will be expected of you ect.
Saturday :
Admin through out the day eg Recruit test (Psychometric test), Interview and medical.
In the evening we had a good "warm up" (read thrashing), which consisted mainly of sprints, press ups, burpee's, squat thrust ect.
Then straight into the gym for gym test 1, where you are tested on your maximums for the following exercises - Press ups, sit ups and burpees then outside to be tested on pull ups and a 300 metre shutle run ( 5 by 60 metres).
Sunday :
3 mile run - The first 1.5 miles was run as a group, the last 1.5 mile is a timed best effort.
The last test we did was the bleep test.
Easy as that.
