from what i gather you imply a persons sexuality doesnt affect how they do their job. from this therefore, why has your partner not admitted to his mates he is gay? surely they will think nothing different of him and he would feel better about getting it out in the open, his sexuality i mean. www

therefore even before coming onto this site you knew the general attitude of the military otherwise your partner would have come out long ago.
i guess it seems in answer to your original question, no attitudes have not changed. www

And I still stand by what I wrote!
OK I'd had a few wets when I wrote it and my Bootneck humour and attitude came to the fore. So what? I am as I said before fed up with wingeing people like you Jules. All you seem to want to do is mouth of about how hard it is for you and your partner.
Well tough Sunshine! Thats life. Learn to live with it! So your partner ain't got the bottle to come out into the open then? That does not surprise me in any way shape or form. He knows full well what his fellow Service Comrades will think of him thats for sure.

PLEEEEEASE, julien. you now know how the forces view homosexuals, do us all a favour and bog off to put it politely. i have tried to offer a discussion with you but know you are posting drivel, much what has already been said.
as a matter of coincidence, just how did you come upon this thread? do you trawl forums typing in GAY or POOF or HOMO'S into the search box hoping to find a long stopped topic?? www
PS as much as i have enjoyed our little discussion, i have to be off now. Mr Student needs to study!
