delaying prmc
hello i am just wondering, i have delayed my prmc from the 6 december my new is date the 31 of january will this have any marks on me?. i am struggerling with my press ups and am maxing at 15 proper press ups will i be able to get them up to the marines requirments.

Possibly a good idea to delay your c@#t your fully up to scratch, but definately not a good idea to post a "how do i improve my press ups" thread on the MFAT site. Go on the site though and use the "search" button on the top left. There is loads and loads of information on there about the PRMC, and about training for it. You,ll find all the tips and guidance you need on there.

Or you could PM Artist, he used to be the Corps preesups champion and is a wealth of knowledge on all things pressup related. He's also the nicest most docile bloke you'll meet, but I must warn you the reply will be lengthy and quite indepth such is his fetish with his beloved exercise.

I think you might be out of luck there as I hear he's given it all up! Yeah good luck mate hope it goes well. Ive just started the gym again to im preparing myself for selection in a years time, ive got quite a bit of work to do. Pushups are gits at the best of times, anyway good luck, speak to ya later.
