I have read on a couple of other forums about the "new" Russia. Given that Putin is quite scary character and his country is now making a few quid is it possible that we could see Russia getting back to the scary stance of the old Soviet Union?
I have also seen comments like "Chechnya is like Russias Ulster, a great training ground" what does this mean?
