Can anyone help? C2lop is the pain in the rectrum.
Mk4 was having a butchers on the internet the other day looking at funny Piccys and stuff when a new searchbar suddenly appeared. Now we keep getting this "CONGRATS YOU'VE WON!" And other crap. O and the sodding search bar which alternates between the top and the bottom of the screen.
Have tried SPYBOT and ADaware. Both remove it but it still keeps coming back! The home page was just Google but now appears to be still Google but is re-directed via this C2lop mob. Well Hacked Off having to remove it all the time.
Both Spybot and Adaware seem to say it's gone but it's still rearing it's ugly head every so often. SPYBOT has blocked the searchbar OK just wonder how it keeps coming back is all.

This aint a Porndialler Oppo. It's a Tracking Cookie/Hijacker thingy. Mk4 was on some Yank teen chat website when all of a sudden a new search bar arrived along with offers to let her play for free in some online Casino, also an advert to check our computor for SPYWARE!?! This she did and I have since had the devil of a time trying to get rid of the poxy thing!
In the end I dug into me pocket and bought another Spykiller thingy called "Spykiller 2005" it removed the Lop but the Lop kept on returning. Untill I went to the Spykiller 2005 site and downloaded this Shredder thing that finally binned the Lop.
Spykiller 2005 runs in the background along with a Pop up Blocker called "Best Pop up Blocker" and blocks any URL that has Spyware and ADware unless you allow it. Even my ISP Wannado has summut called "Avenue Inc" which it blocks! So it seems to be a very common thing even on sites that you would think are Above such stuff.
As I have said in the last Paragraph Spykiller 2005 also gives you a Popup Blocker which is by far the best I have ever used, it's called "Best Popup Killer" (talk about blowing their own trumpets!) but by Heck it's good.
