Just wondering if anyone caught it.

Was deffinitely a 'go team' event, but thats understandable i guess, considering the liberal s*** storm Bush has had to go through.

Some parts of it didn't add up, if the point is not to cater to special interest groups, why have a 'W if for Women' part?? Isn't the feminist lobby a special interest group?

They say they're trying to appeal to the moderates more. But from my angle, if your out to win a culture war, your only shooting yourself in the foot by compromising. Guess it all comes down to votes, still...better than the alternative imo.

Also turned out major networks broadcasted Shwartzeneggers speech live and in the process cut out gulianis and McCains live speeches...ratings, not news....ah well.

On a side note...Laura Bush is quite the looker.

Didn't see it myself. I was reading yesterday's paper today and seen that the offspring of Messr's Dubya and Kerry were on some MTV awards show plugging votes for their daddies..
The MTV audience apparently did not like this too much and booed them off the stage.
