In the box with #00001 type the colour you prefer eg 'blue' for the font. In the next box type your message, then either click on shout/send or press the return key.

Okay ... I tried. I believe its just my old computer and browser set-up that won't load the whole works.
Maybe one day I'll try to "chat" from the library computers.
