I tended to find when I had taught my students correctly they learnt the lesson and endeavoured to do it right.

And lesson plans are an invaluable means of passing on the lessons to the next generation of instructors when you move on... don't knock it I say!!!

take it easy guys. no need to 'take me out'. i wasnt asking you to do all my lessons for me.i just asked if anyone had any lessons that i can use as an aid or for information rather than look through the out-of-date-manual.geez, u guys are moody!!!! lay off the booz!! :drinking: = :evil:

If you'd actually been on some courses and been qualified for the rank you say you have, then you wouldn't need the manual (which is updated every year FYI). Ppl are just responding to the fact that you seem to be just another stereotypical lazy cadet NCO with no clue about anything.
