Military Science Courses

Post by rdonovan »

I have a friend with an avid interest in Military History. I have been trying to find public courses for him that he might earn a diploma or degree.

Ideally they would be part time or distance ..

As of yet I cannot find any.

If anyone one has suggestions or information I would appreciate it

Thanks in advance,
Richard

Try contacting RMA Sandhurst, they may have contacts with their military history instructors.
You should talk to somebody who gives a f**k.

one of the best military history courses is at Salford University in Manchester, some damn good lecturers as well...bit of a rough area though.

or at Aberystwyth where i am, you can do International Politics and Military History (like me) and do some very interesting modules.

The War Studies course at Kings College London looks very interesting and detailed for anyone interested in the subject. I think Bradford and Hull University do similar courses although nowhere near as detailed.

Go to course search at www.ucas.org.uk
