Day is going alright for a change. Must have something to do with it being a friday and near un-limited web-access!!
Training program?? Whats that????!!!
Tell you what I did from saturday last week in terms of training.
Sat. Morning 5x25 press-ups. 5x30 Sit-ups.
Afternoon. 8 mile cycle on a very tough, hilly course.
Sun. 1pm 45min Indoor 5-a-side session. 5pm 1hr30min Outdoor 5-a-side.
Mon. REST except my sit's and press ups.
TUE. 40 mins light swimming and sauna.
Wed. 8.4 mile run in 56:50
Thu. REST except sit's and press-ups.
Tonight: Quick 2miles blast, getting dragged out for dinner so I'll do something tomorrow and then it's my usual fooie on sunday....
Incase your wondering, I do some heaves and chins at work by swinging from the bar in the bogs!!
I never set out a training program the I do EVERY week. I find it gets boring and if I know wot I've to do before hand I get put off. I do training wot I feel is neccesary and I usually notice an improvement in terms of going a little quicker during run's or not breathing out my a55 as much after shorts runs (I find longer distance easier after I've done a few miles).
As for my holiday, I'll need to limit my beer intake

and I suppose a few short runs and several laps in the pool will have my burd getting on to me. Can hear it just now "Give it a rest, your supposed to be on hol!!" YAK YAK !!!
