Eye test/Opticians form

Post by copymenu »

Basically what does a civilian optician do if you go to them with an optician form? Do they just find out what your VA is or is the process more in depth? This if for people who wear glasses.

I went to the opticians yesterday to get this done, Just book an eye-test then once that was completed I handed her the form and ask her if she wouldn't mind filling it in.
