Evening gentlemen, Im currently in frimley park hospital, and just had an operation to stitch me back together.

Basically I was into the final morning of adsc and we were doing a grenade practice session and when I hit the floor some metal went through my knee and that was it for me. Im really really gutted though, because I was flying through selection with no dramas.

Hey Woody91, how are you recovering from your injury?
I was at ADSC Pirbright about 2 weeks ago, PTI's have painted all those metal spikes yellow, told us not to jump on them, telling us how some poor lad had his knee skewered 'like a kebab'.
I guess that was you :)
