When I first started to put the http://www.civvie-stree.co.uk I used the Internet to search for all things Royal Marines, We've all done it right, and there was in 1996 very little out there...

More recently I have come across my Best Man (1st Marriage in the Falklands '79) who went missing in Civvie Street in 1986. He is Al Sharp British Canadian who was a section Cpl of J Coy.

Great Bloke he wrote this account of his time in the Corps...
