Hey, I'm in the same position my friend. I sent off my forms about a month ago and recently heard back that I need to attend a P2 presentation, but it's currently booked up until the end of January. I have to book an appointment closer to the time. Gives me time to get superfit though!!

Good luck

We're recruiting quite a lot of people this year and next, so expect things to take a while, just because of the recruiters' workload. 4 years ago you were probably looking at a year from handing in your application form to starting at Cranwell, but I'm not sure on the timeframes at the moment.

You'll have your medical at OASC, and you'll need to attend your P2 presentation and pass an initial interview at the AFCO before you're even put forward for that.

What are you hoping to join up as?
You can have peace.
Or you can have freedom.
Don't ever count on having both at once.
