Hi, Pomegranate here,
I plan on joining the PARAS when I'm older, as I think 14.5 is a bit young . I want to start training for the PARAS as soon as I can, and at the moment to improve my strength and fitness I'm doing 20x25m lengths once every week or two, 2 sets of 25 pushups and 25 situps every day and a 2mile-ish run every weekend. Do you think in the 4-ish years until I plan to apply I'll be able to get fit enough?
