i didn't make the run time for paras at pre-selection, my time was 10 min 31 secs so i know i need to shave some time off! but i did hear about a dead weight lift - if you can lift a certain amount of weight you get a time bonus and your run time allowance goes up to 9 mins 45 secs but my recruiting sgt couldn't remember the lift weight, does anyone on here happen to know the lift weight?!

I got 118kg and ran the distance in 9.46.

i just passed this tuesday
run time was 9 min 20 but i gotta do faster

dose anyone know what weight you have to lift to get a time bonus.
