Not goodbye, farewell while in RT though
Right guys, Monday its all go.
Running the 22:30 in ease with little effort, pushups situps and pullups are also doing really well so im pretty confident about it all.
Just the running that is worrying me as i have some serious pain in the lower legs after a fast paced run, the impact i guess but im going to do lots of stretching and excercises for it to make sure im all good for Monday.
Today was the last day of training, im not nervous, but very excited, as you all know ive been waiting a long time for all this.
Right, (not best post for this part of the forum) post was really to say goodbye and thanks for all the information ive gained from this terrific site, but you should all still fear me as i will be back to tell you how im getting on etc
Best of luck to everyone going for it, be it PRMC or POC, especially my good friend jonno2006, know you are going to make it mate!!!
Good luck also Euro_andy as i no you have one coming up very soon so best of luck mate.
Take care all

p.s ill be back

Good luck.
Don't worry too much about running. I know I tend to have 'old news' on training but I can't imagine too much of a change. We didn't do much programmed running at all for the first few weeks. I was a keen runner when I joined up and got a bit frustrated with this. You'll probably spend a fair bit of time in the Gym doing IMF where they build you up and get you used to reacting immediately and accurately to commands. You may have to do a few 'camp circuits' but the running comes a bit later.
