PSI - Perminant Staff Instructor

Thats a new one on me - haven't heard that one before.

Where did you hear that?

BTW harry hackedoff

You asked about Dutchy's the other day. I asked somebody who is high up in the Barracks Services Department and this is what they told me. I have no reason to doubt them, but I have no way of checking it either.

The "Pay as you dine" concept is due to be implemented at CTC about three years behind the rest of the world. At that time Dutchy's have been invited to stay and be part of the whole picture. Naafi went about 5 years ago and was replaced by Spar and they have just had their contract extended until Pay as you dine comes in when it may or may not be extended again. The short answer is of course nobody knows whats going to happen next week let alone in three years. And even if hard plans are set, they can always be changed!!
It's not how many posts you have made......It's the quality of what you say when you get here.
