I have been enquiring for weeks about the next RAF Police recruitment drive and have been told that they are now allowing application forms to be sent out, but that they only have a PROVISIONAL date set for an intake in November, but may go forward to January.
I plan to phone the recruitment number to get an application form and fill it in this week.
Anyway I was just wondering, does anyone know if there is any way that i could join the RAF Reserves (in any role), while i am waiting to join the Regulars? (Is this allowed?) I think i'm just going to be told it isn't, but please do let me know it would be a great help and at least i would have an answer and i'd really appreciate it. I wish there was some way i could join the Reserves first, just to get some decent experience of the RAF.
Any help with my question would be really appreciated and i respect everyone's opinion. Thanks everyone
