Will someone with some nowse please disabuse this pair of idiots of the notion that I am the Jayne with a supposed charity interest.

Then maybe I can snigger up my sleeve.

Thank you.

No need for any nous. It's crystal clear now.
No sniggering from this call sign, charity is a very serious issue.
Welcome to MF, enjoy the friendly atmosphere and banter, Vivienne.

Hi I saw the post a few weeks back about Jayne (at No50).

I've had a look at her web site and if you're reading this Jayne please take note:

1. BAFOS (British armed forces Over Seas) some how doesn't lend itself to dealing with PTSD

2. The picture you have of the soldier kneeling by the row of desert boots is American not British.

3. Paula's story about her Marine husband. I can not find any supporting information that states any marines died in action from 1987-1994. Can anyone else?I can only find information on the 11 bandsmen killed in 1989.

4. Your contact number (0844 357 0173) gets me through to a company dealing in travel.

5. your number (0845 644 4531) Pensiero Group; gets me through to the Pensiero group which comes across as a promotional company. Also they don't have a web site which I find strange in this day and age.

6. In November you stated that you had requested charity status, yet you still don't have this.

7. "WE HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH BUPA YES!BUPA AT THE PSYCHIATRIC UNIT TO HELP GIVE SUPPORT TO ANYONE THAT IS IN NEED OF HELP AND SUPPORT AND WHO HAVE DOCTORS AND NURSES WHO HAVE THE HIGHEST CLEARENCE TO DEAL WITH ALL ASPECTS OF PTSD....." Jayne:(viewtopic.php?t=16574&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0)

I have been in touch with BUPA through their press office. I asked a fantastic lady to find out whether or not BUPA had dealings with BAFOS(UK)LTD. The lady got back to me the following day after some investigation. She was unable to find anything or anyone who could back up your claims that you use BUPA in the way you state above. She also stated that she had spoken to the gentleman who deals with the armed forces side of BUPA, who also did not recognise the name BAFOS(UK)LTD.

I am not convinced you are legit' in any way shape or form. If you are then I suggest you take a step back and look at your business and the way you run it. Your web site is corny beyond belief and finally as already stated, there are other organisations out there helping our military personel.

Royal British Legion
SSAFA
Help for Heroes

Cheers big ears, you have just retraced steps taken by the moderators when this maggot first appeared. Sadly, old bill weren`t too bothered, last time.

I can believe it! the lass at BUPA said she didn't think BUPA would be taking it any further either.

I also tried getting in touch with the guy (directly) who looks after the armed forces side of BUPA, to try and make him more aware but nothing came of it.

If you ask me, a trip up to Ormskirk and a "gentleman`s excuse me" are well in order 8)
Not that I would ever condone violence on a public website, obviously
In private is a different matter 8)
