Good luck mate, be aware though that those custom orthotics don't come cheap, but if you can afford it go for it; best not to mess around.

Apparently you burn up to an extra 600 calories a day by sitting on the floor instead of the sofa...Although you could burn that and more with a leisurly jog or game of football, so horses for courses I suppose. :-?
