I'll reiterate
Aslong as you work at full capacity in training, whatever physical evolution that may be there's no way you can peak
Unless you are running 30 miles with fighting order everyday I'd say almost all people joining can improve weekly for fitness when in training

Agreed. Also, keep your phys ticking over but don't go in fitter than PRMC level as you may well peak too early in training like me and hangout.
