I'll reiterate

Aslong as you work at full capacity in training, whatever physical evolution that may be there's no way you can peak

Unless you are running 30 miles with fighting order everyday I'd say almost all people joining can improve weekly for fitness when in training

Agreed. Also, keep your phys ticking over but don't go in fitter than PRMC level as you may well peak too early in training like me and hangout. I don't agree with this mate, aslong as you are working flat out in training whether it be field phys or gym work you shouldn't really ever peak The fitte...

You get 2 pairs of boots in training

A boots - Keep them clean and presentable
B boots - Use them in the field, phys (bottom field) etc

You can just about get away with doing them with normal dumbells IF you do them on rubber mats. Will do wonders or nightmares for shoulders depending on how careless you are though!

Very hard, and a good full body routine in one exercise

When I was there KB winners got 12 months advancement and Diamonds got 6 months.

Unsure to whether it affected pay as we were told it was mainly for promotion
