If you do get called up then the army will make up the difference in pay , and hopefully allowances. Also your employer has to keep your job open for your return, at least thats how the SABRE guys pitched it to us

In my experiance , TA bods are simply used as gap fillers, blokes I know in the sigs are out there , one is working in computers , the other in electric safety.....They are both rad ops of one type or another but to be fair the one in elec safety is a sparky in civvy life

It takes about 30 minutes for the body to realise that you are putting it under more exertion, thats why the 1st mile is always the hardest , your muscles are not warmed up and your blood is not oxygenated properly You need to look at a properly constructed fitness plan really , there are some out o...

Depends on having a big house but I'd say running is the best sort of exercise if you are going for the armed forces, yuo need a good anerobic base to work on

If you transfer with a rank into the SAS you will become a "trooper"

Paraman, whats the PTI course like , I hear on the grapevine that our PTI may be throwing his hand in which will leave my troop short of a pti, don't you have to do an assistant pti course first ?

I was thinking of doing the course , being reasonably fit ( but no ball games in MY gym )
