Still for me i only had 6 months left of treatment and only needed the odd checkup so i really thought it wouldn't matter. I'm going for grenadier guards or electrical engineer (not decided yet ).

It might cost loads to get them done privately but with NHS its free, personally, i'd rather get them fixed and done now and then do the army.
