But ideally mate, you need to have that strength anyway; and just show abit of grit and determina...

Para Intakes

I know there is a intake coming up soon on June 29th; but when is the next one after that, and how frequent are they?

Everyone has their weaknesses Callum. And as you've pointed out, press-ups are your weakness. The best thing to do is have a structured training programme that will help you progress. At ADSC you will need to complete basic tests to pass, and a minimum of 70 press ups are required, along with achiev...

How many interviews do you have before ADSC?

The question is pretty self explanitory; I was just wondering because I've heard from a few sources that you have two interviews before ADSC, and I didn't understand why.

Anyone care to explain?

Cheers, Woody.

Yeah he was L/Sgt at the time; just wondering if you could tell me anything that your remember about his personality or anything or silly things he used to do?

He passed away in 2002, so I'm just trying to build up pictures in my head of what he was like away from the family. =]

I don't have any advice; but when you served, did you know David Barlow Wood? He was in the Grenadier Guards too.

When you lived in Germany, was you based in Munster - Oxford Barracks?

Reason I ask this is because he's my dad.
