Damm it, what did I miss this time?
Can we not have a sticky or the equivlent of Arrsepedia so we can all throw our feet up, cup of coffee in hand, and laugh at these knobbers when bored?

I use supplements on top of my diet. I usually eat 5 meal a day anyway, but when training hard I find that I get far hungrier but haven't got the physique to increase my diet further, nor do I have the time to cook more than five meals a day due to lectures and whatnot. I'm not sure about taking protein with full fat milk either. Seems to be a bit pointless really, since most people wan't to keep their fat down while building muscle, while the better supplements derive their calorific value from carbohydrate, rather than fat. Just use water, or at most semi-skinned...

Some good advice there, especially working the lats in the gym.
