I use supplements on top of my diet. I usually eat 5 meal a day anyway, but when training hard I find that I get far hungrier but haven't got the physique to increase my diet further, nor do I have the time to cook more than five meals a day due to lectures and whatnot. I''ve gained from supplements...

Credit to Kemp for just being there. It kind of puts into perspective the risks he is taking along with the soldiers when the news comes through that a lad was unfortunately killed on the exact same path they just went by. The sound when they get ambushed is nerve racking to say the least. May this ...

I'm not sure about taking protein with full fat milk either. Seems to be a bit pointless really, since most people wan't to keep their fat down while building muscle, while the better supplements derive their calorific value from carbohydrate, rather than fat. Just use water, or at most semi-skinned...

Some good advice there, especially working the lats in the gym. However, I find that even with using the lat pull down machine, you may get stronger lats but that doesn't necessarily mean that you will grow efficient at pull ups. So do lots and lots of pull ups too. Strengthen your lower back and ab...

Until you've lived with 7 uni students who don't know how to take care of themselves and don't wash up, you don't know the value of admin!

Probably not true, but I like to think it is. Gives me a smile when scrubbing 2 inches of fat out of a grill pan.

I'm shocked to see this was on Sky One. Partly because I have Virgin so can't get Sky One (thank God for youtube!), but mainly because this should be essential viewing. It should be on before the news on BBC1!

I've just watched it and thought it was excellent and very moving too. Really makes you appreciate what soldiers and their families go through. You don't usually find that in most programs, which often focus on the fighting only. It should be essential viewing for everyone, especially all those c@#t...
