It's a run straight back mate, same route. From what I gather from other individuals the Corporals seem to line you up, give you a quick talking too about never giving up, and to push yourself to the end, then your off to the races.

I was a body builder for 4 years, and I did quite of bit of creatine. All different brands and kinds , pill creatine, liquid, and powder. The key to creatine is to not let the body depend on it. The key is to use an on and off method. 2 - 3 months of using creatine, then 2 - 3 months off of it. Much...

I personally find that 99% of media coverage is anti-war as it is. Try to make us believe that what we are doing in countries is not quite humane. I agree with Agapito that you need to discover this for yourself, can never go by what media says, specially on such a controversial topic. It's either y...

Exactly what artist said. A back injury or knee injury are automatic kick outs, or at least they raise a lot of eyebrows I assume in the RM's. Personally though, I use to have back issues as well. I realized my core muscles were severely lacking. If you have a situp routine I would continue doing th...

I just completed it this morning as well. Like Luke said, much harder then it looked. I never timed myself accurately, I would say it took me about 40 minutes. I had to wait about 8 minutes for some old guy on the squat machine before I could do the rows. Im going to continue doing this once a week ...

I'm 25, should make the hop over when I'm 26. Hoping my body can hold up, I don't consider myself too old.

I would assume the best thing you might get is the PRMC itself mate, which is a 3 day test of physical aptitude.

Polynikes, Thanks very much for the response. I actually got the 7 minute mile pace from watching the Commando on the Front Line T.V show. I believe near the start Officer Orlando tells the troops they need to get use to running 7 minute miles. You'd know more then me obviously though :-). Again, TH...

Sorry to hear that Polynikes. You made it as far as you did though, that is very respectable, and at least you get to train for the commando tests. Hopefully in due time you'll come fresh out of hunter and smash them !. My only questions would be running distance. What would you say is the longest r...

I have some slight asthma as well mate. Never had to use an inhaler or anything, but it does cause a lot of mucus build up that I have to keep spitting out when running. As for the wheezing, after a good exercise just about anyone is going to be doing that. I don't think they are going to spot you o...

I hear you mate. I have a feeling I'm not going to fly all the way over from Canada, just to have them say no.... because of eye surgery, but who knows ?. On a positive note, I know a guy that went for his testing who had the surgery. He told the optician who said there was nothing against Laser Eye...
