Re: The catamaran tank - an MRAP which doesn't roll over!
Well I don't know about the design but I think you definitely need to think about the name. A 'Catamaran' Tank?????? Re: Looking for some advice [I have 2 options}
If this is your view The British Army, it really does speak for its self, Best in the world without a shadow of a doubt and I love each and every single one of those men and women out on the battle field fighting under the union jack for whatever reason, and I salute those who have fallen for it. An...

The Hero Inside

7.65 SLR/5.56 SA80
Can any armourers out there explain the different effects of the 7.65 vs 5.56 calibre rounds? Distance, penetration, accuracy, 'killing power' - or whatever other points I don't understand about why certain calibres are preferred over others. For example, if an SLR was produced with a 5.56 calibre, ...

I can't say that I have ever seen a civilian war correspondent wearing medals for any of the conflicts that they have covered Me neither Tab - and some of them were at the sharp end for longer than many servicemen. Still, campaign medals are for the military aren't they? What on earth are MPs getti...

SA80
What's the 'pull pressure' on an SA80 trigger mechanism? I'm assuming it's part of the spec - but is it?
