We did piggy backs running up the hill not over a long distance but still a killer. If you fail the 3 mile run you can either go home or decide to saty. We had one lad who stayed and on bottom field he kept walking so we all kept getting beasted. But he had already failed prmc so we were getting bea...

If you spend 6 months training strength and then 6 months training speed in the 6 months your training for speed you will lose your strength. :-?

Just train all areas in your fitness programme and get a good all round fitness.

Mate dont compare your training to others and worry about it. Do whats good for you.

If you can only do 40 press ups and you look at a guys training regime who can do 60 press ups theres going to be differences and if you try and up your training to match theres you will probably get injured.

If i was to write about prmc i would have to add about geting beasted in the square outside the accom. We had to have feet up on wall and had to do sets of 35 it was a ...

Poc is potential officers course. Its like a harder prmc. Look at Deadheads POC diary for what it consists of.

AIB is admiralty interview board and this is more of the mental and academic stuff i think.

Any Future YO can tell you more.

You dont need to do so many weights. Maybe only once or twice a week. Working on muscluar endurance. Do press ups, sit ups pull ups. Scrap the 20 mile tab you dont need it. You also need at least two days rest.

Dont go too fast too soon you will only make yourself ill or injured.

9 weeks is more than enough time for the RAF to train their recurits to a standard that they need. The only need to tell them the basics. The Armys is only 12. Still makes them capable to do their job. The royal marines is only so long so you can get up to the standard to pass the commando tests and...

Yeh but the RAF dont need high standards of fitness and there basic training might be easy but thats because there not infantry. Give a Marine a jet engine and they wouldnt have a clue. Everyone serves a purpose. Without air support we would be nothing.
