Remembrance
As it's getting nearer to remembrance day I was scouring the net trying to find a piece of music that I heard a long time ago and is very apt at this time of year. It is Hymn to the Fallen written by John Williams and was written to commemorate the heroes who fought in WW1. You can listen to it here...
What? What happened? Was there a rugby game this weekend or something? I was in an Australian bar with most of my rugby team as well as around 400 other England fans and about 30 French fans. The tension was unbelievable. We were, of course, humble winning fans and didn't rub their noses in it at al...
The All Blacks have barely had a challenge this World Cup and have been walking through, they're the Man U of rugby. Man Utd. don't buckle as much in major tournaments though. The All Blacks were well and truly robbed, how that pass was not considered forward is beyond me. If something similiar had...

Do you mind me asking how old you are?Mr_Kiwi wrote:Nintendo never really had anything worth playing for me, Im a playstation man through and through.
I don't like to make assumptions but I am guessing that you were probably too young when Nintendo were leading the way in the computer console world.

Problem is that I don't personally think that many of the people who gave out the very poor advice (IMO) were joking when they wrote it. I certainly think that the OP was serious in his original question. Do you think it's funny to condone violence given that most of the people on here are trying to...

What football needs is more respect for the ref; you don't see rugby players arguing every decision - certainly not in the intimidating way you get crowds of players round football refs - even when it's obvious to everyone it's the wrong decision. Human error is part of the game...what in golf is t...

Can anyone on here honestly blame anybody for being apprehensive about standing up to 'thug like' behaviour when just this week one of the dominant stories has been how a man was killed for standing up to 2 guys who threw rubbish in his sisters car? Most people on here will feel that we should all b...

Re: Please help! A fight will happen...
The fact that they will start a fight is inevitable, so please don't say try and avoid it. Why not? Avoidance is your best option. If you fight one of two things will happen; 1. You will get beaten up. At best this will hurt, you'll be the talking point of the school for the next few weeks and they...
