Done it!!

Well after 31 weeks of hard work, and an extremely long emotional day day yesterday ive got my green lid!! Good effort, I did it the other day, fell off one of the obstacles and completed it 4 seconds over the time, so should be ok on the day. What about endurance??

yer definitely. The Phys at the start of training is easier than PRMC. Yer keep your phys ticking over but don't worry about it too much. Just relax and enjoy civvie life. I personally think sprints are better for RT than long runs, but like I said, just relax!!

Only ever got one real thrashing down bottom field, most sessions we performed well, but one sat morn session everyone was loathing and waiting to get out on the lash, that was our first and last thrashing down there!!lol. Can you remember what time you got on tarzan?

The best sort of pre RT training to do, is drinking, sleeping, trapping women and watching jeremy kyle!! Because you aint gonna be doing any of that for a while. Just relax and take it easy, all you got to do is turn up at lympstone prepared to put 100% into everything!!

Yes you do! You get paid all day everyday, not much though!! Im even getting paid to do this right now, Bicton college is so boring!! Pitty we get paid f**k all!!

Just do it!! Ive been told many a time unit life is very different, CTC is hard, but do able, espescially if I can do most of it up till now!lol :lol:

Nah your right, but prmc isn't designed to measure your fitness, its designed to measure your determination and will to carry and get good scores when your nackered.

Nah, PRMC is just phys and thats it, nothing else to worry about. Week 4 of training you won't stop moving, you will be moving between lectures to the gym, the swimming pool, and you will be up most of the night sorting your kit out for inspection the next day. Well, I'm back, with a slight limp i might add!!lol. Final ex was very hard, but awesome as well, some of the stuff we did was amazing, much to our surprise we deployed on the mon after leave and returned thurs just gone, so it was slightly longer that your average final ex!!
