But my advice would be to run 5-6 mile runs twice a week you dont need to hammer the distances just enough for you to have some decent stamina but most of training early on is circuit training fast explosive phys its the latter stages of training wh...

The distance is 20m, not 25 as some will say, 20. I used one of those DIY tapes to measure it out, used to do it anywhere flat as practice makes a big difference with the bleep test as there is a definate technique and confidence aspect to it. In CTC you have to get to the line on the beep. The PTI'...

What's the 8 minute challenge? Didn't do that lol.

Harsh, he was so fit though didnt seem to make a difference!...

2 Section! I'll never forget the whole troop passing out in unison in that lecture by the Warrant Officer in about week 6. He left the room for five minutes and there were lads sleeping across the seats, trying to grab any sleep possible lol. Ive never experienced a place that makes such an impressi...

Eddie I'm assuming you haven't even been in RT yet so perhaps you should wait and see what the phys is like. If I was to further clarify if you do lots of medium distance runs you WILL suffer because RT phys is based around shirt intense runs and circuits. I've heard pti's say dont peak too early an...

I made the mistake of taking an R.T date 10 days after prmc. Agreed. Also, keep your phys tick...
