Thanks. The thing i fount was my adrenaline was pumping so much from the 3miler the bleep test flew by. The running does not effect my sits and press-ups, i jus need a few minutes cool down and im back and ready to go again. I think if i keep doing this i will be ok on the PRMC by the sounds of it. ...
