What was your day to day life in foundation and then after that? Ive seemed to get an image in my head of just constant PT all day. I just started a post about poor swimming but did you have any in your troop when you started?

Poor swimming in RT

Has anybody gone into RT as a poor swimmer or did/does anybody have a poor swimming in their troop who is a poor. Im asking because im not very strong at all, ive been practasing but progress is very slow. I passed the swimming assesment on PRMC but i seem to get tired very quickly, mainly my tricep...

Its hard mate but as long as you dont give up youll be fine. Bottom field in my opinion is the hardest thing but just keep going. Make sure they get your correct score aswell because i scored 12.5 but when i saw my scores in the final interview it said 11.5...still passed by slightly pissed it was lowered. One lad on mine ran at county level and he was beating the beep at 13.5 or so and they made him stop in the end.

Bottom field had go to be the hardest, i was on the limit aswell but then you had the piggy back and then the crab what was a hang out! Gym test 2 wasnt to bad but our Corporal made us did sprints, press ups, sit ups, squats etc instead of marking time.

When your in RT how long do you have to have been there for to be able to be put into Hunter if you get injured? When in hunter is their a time limit with how long you can be there?
