You mentioned the Army always following the Marines into battle... This year a 3 para battlegroup is going into Southern Afghanistan as part of the first British troops ever to go into the area. GGHT, You will have a set phys sesh pretty much every day, sometimes they will be double periods (a period being 45 mins if i remember right) including a swim after either an MSC circuit or MEC circuit. You may get a double MSC circuit once or twice, or more if your troop doesnt put in enough effort...

Make sure he lets us know how his PRMC went. I failed my first time around and it wasnt nice, made passing the second that much better though. Good luck to you Benjo, and have a good 21st. I,m sure it will be a nice quiet affair at no 6......or not. :P
