Oooooo Doc! I really loathed the 12 mile load carry. Mind you I don't know if they even still do that particular test anymore. . GGHT, You will have a set phys sesh pretty much every day, sometimes they will be double periods (a period being 45 mins if i remember right) including a swim after either an MSC circuit or MEC circuit. You may get a double MSC circuit once or twice, or more if your troop doesnt put in enough effort...
