I'm going through the Royal marines, maybe para though. Is the minimum age on TA SAS still 18?

Just wanted to know if it's much different to regular army/marine life, eg more relaxed (to a certain degree).

I'm thinking of joining one of the two and want to know as much about them as possible, particularaly about general life. What were your experiences just after selection? what were the people you met like? just stuff like that.

Im waiting to go to the PRMC and hopefully become a marine. But whats after that, should i join the SBS (marine special forces) or the SAS. Ive heard alot about both but cant make my mind up.
