Ok in that case then I must be running 1.5 miles in 9 mins 20 secs not 9 mins 20 secs in 2 miles... I'm going to re-calculate the distance I'm doing & time myself with people's help more accurately. 1.5 miles in 9 mins 20 secs sounds more realistic than 2 miles looking at it now so thank you al...

thanks guys, I was pretty shocked when I got back in just over 9 mins! I know it's 1.5 miles for ADSC but around my block 5 times = 2 miles so I just do that...little extra doesn't hurt so hey! I'll keep running & aim for 8.5 mins now! 2 weeks 2 go :D Are you sure you did 2 miles in 9 minutes? ...

Ah yeah it was damaged but not destroyed :), according to the MOD report on that incident th...

I was thinking along the same lines as Green Boil when I spotted this topic. When the Vikings were brought into service everybody said how great they were and they proved themselves in Afghan when the Marines first deployed there, that was the reason why it was decided they were to be permanently d...

No it wont wreck the top of the door frame as in fact the top of the frame isn't really taking much of the load. Its actually working as a cantilever with the main brunt of the load being transfered to the sides of the door frame. If anything the sides of the door frame at best may suffer from slig...

I bought one thinking that it didnt need to fix to the door frame but it comes with two 'cups' which the bar is seated into. these 'cups' are permanently fixed to the frame therefore damaging it with unsightly holes. without them the bar ...

With a normal pull up bar you have to drill two supports into your door frame and it then usually gets left there permanently as its a pain the backside tighte...
