I'd advize a couple decent First aid boxes (little green ones) and some of your own stuff, plasters, vaselene, blister pads.. bring diss infectant wipes too, i spent a week monging about with an infected toe because i had a cut and done the steeple chase, but sorted it with a wipe and some vago'lene...

I've just done my 6 weeks, and obviously the medical that comes with it, so far I've not been put in a hearing test booth as of yet, I think I have one in two weeks after my long weekend.
