i've FINALLY got my date this morning lads!! Its on the 9th august, which is a VERY long way away, oh well on the bright side i should have my fitness top notch by then and be smashing the basic fitness requirements at depot hopefully!! im just happy i've got this point at last!! 6ft wall, balance beams, cat walk, gate vault.....ect. 6ft dont sound that bad... yeah its a piece of piss that obstacle, although its probably harder in full fighting order i assume, the 12 foot wall however is a completely different matter :o 12 foot!! Remember High weight low reps for building size and high reps low weight for gaining strength. Thats what everyone at my gym worked on anway.

Tom I get the same thing and another friend of mine has it too. As people say theres no pain caused by it so its nothing to worry about. Try taking cod liver oil tablets and sometimes if I re arrange the position of my hands it helps.
