can't access silvermans but they generally tend to be expensive so try somewhere sles the best one I can think of is http://www.dragonsupplies.co.uk very good service, very reliable between myslef and acouple of mates must have spent over £400 in the last 2 years with these guys. always great ...

Poor hygiene is still the biggest obstacle to the modern British soldier not gun fire or blast injuries.

or not having the right kit. The Telegraph had an article init this morning about medics having to amputate a Sgt's leg in Iraq when they could have treated it if they had had the right kit ...

What are those credit card thingies called? The ones with a blade, pliers, ruler, toothpick and all that in.

Rabby Victorinox now do multitools with pliers:http://www.swissknifeshop.co.uk/swisstool.html :D One of my mates has the Rescue version very sturdy, good quality but prety heavy!

The pyramid I do goes something like 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
These work best if done with a partner you rest while they do them e.t.c: Will :)
