The neck won't be a problem in actually being able to do what is asked of me (carrying heavy loads over long distances, getting bumped, falling...). I will be able to do everything. I do gymnastics (including rolling on my neck, doing headstands...), rock-climbing, hillwalking (carrying heavy loads)...

What about neck surgery with some titanium bolts left in place? Is that an absolute, permanent disqualifier for someone wanting to join the Infantry? Even though it was a few years ago, there have been no sequelae, and the neurosurgeon wrote a letter saying that the operation went well and that ther...
