Can anyone help me out if they know when the RMR are recruting i know they are in octber but im not back in the UK untill the end of october so if anyone could help would be appreciated

Can anyone help me with a training schedule to help get me up to the required fitness level that is needed for 21 SAS, I am relatively fit at the moment but want to make sure am ready for selection in January cheers in advance
