If its turning over... it would'nt be any cut out switches. That leaves spark and fuel. yeah they probably would, but wouldn't that make it easier for them to jam as they have several chances to find the frequency and they would probably discover that it is unmanned and then spend most of their time trying to discover the frequencies would they not? :p i'm not trying to sound arrogant,...
