Ankles & Knee Joints in RAF Reg

Hi all,

Got through my RAF Filter Interview and am off to OASC shortly, interview went really well. I've also done the PROAC course and a couple of base visits.

I'm looking to go in as a RAF Regiment Officer and am 24 years old, soon to be 25! I did OK at the PROAC, 11.9 in the bleep test, 45 ...

Hi Neil,

No need to prepare anything, but have got a couple of tips.

Firstly, dress smart. Suit of course preferred, but otherwise smart trousers, a shirt and tie. Some idiot came to our one in jeans and a t-shirt - couldn't believe they let him in.

My AFCO said that 80% of RAF Officer entrants ARE Graduates and so that speaks for itself. How true this really is I don't know.

Quite frankly though, a person in their early-mid 20's will have more life experience and most likely greater interpersonnel skills than some 17/18 year old who's come ...

Yes, the recent schedule stated that you need to achieve level 6.4 IIRC. Go for a Level 9 which is bound to impress and you will be sorted.
