Pretty shocking to hear about this.

I think the navy needs to show more teeth or at least tried to box them in to prevent them getting away.

In times of economic hardship you'll find that recruitment in the armed forces goes up.
I got out when it was boomtime, now it's bust the military is often a place the young go to instead the job centre.

Served alongside a warrant officer back in the day who was a despatch rider when we had all the big excercises in the 60s to 80s.
He loved doing it and relished riding through Germany on those bikes.

The military's not a bad life these days. I think in some ways it's a better one than past days gone by, if you can stomach all the wars we are fighting now :)
