compartment syndrome in the calf is something i have never heard of after extensive research. I had to get a surgical fix, anterior of the shins, both legs. no problems since. out-patient procedure.

let me get this straight: you had driver's licenses without photos?

Now you have photos, thus only now are they considered legal ID, but they split the license into two pieces of paper? Get with the program UK, we've had photo-one-piece licenses forever, and they are the same all over the EU, so ...

bad-ass looking rifle for general use...

wait, just had a look here (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/2645007.stm) and it is not the same rifle as the HK.

i'll second that: stick with the basics. Having said that i do go to a gym regularly, but will always combine a running workout with pull-ups, push-ups and squats, also crunches and such.

dips are also killer upper body workouts. Remember that usually PT exercises are set to improve muscle ...
