I know this is a long way away from East London (I used to live in Stepney Green) but the AFCOs in Bloomsbury, Wembley and Strand hold a running club every Thursday at 5:30 where they make us do a timed 1.5mi run and some circuit training (and sometimes team exercises). Oh bugger! I did think they would try and chase up my meds from my old gp but seeing as I haven't really had anything medical in the last 7 years, I'd be slightly annoyed if it get's delayed only to find out I'm clear. You know I am already. I am on the process of filling in my application form. Just waiting to finalise the transfer of my GP to the local one so I can put their name on my form. I'm hoping to do my audition sometime Feb/Mar but I don't know what pieces to play. Do they have to be unaccompanied pieces?
