Hi Conrad, sorry I could not be cetain if he was indeed part of 776 troop. I start at CTCRM on the 15th of April so may see you and the others on your PRMC.

I may be able to help, but did you know a Russell Davies?. I watched his passing out video and i think it had 776 troop on the cover or something similar.

Thanks Gipper, I think you might have been on the same PRMC (course 188 in feb) and I got the same info on heavy weapons as you did. Hopefully someone may be able to expand on the training side.

Heavy weapons - anti tank

How long is the training for the basic course in heavy weapons anti tank? I think its refered to as HW3. Could anyone tell me a bit more about what this specialisation involves other than carring more weight on your back!

The Major in charge of the ML3 course has done well for himself. Joining at 16 and soon promoted to officer rank within a few years. I think I also saw a few USMC and other military personal attempting the course too!
